Wobbuffet Hat

Just another commission from a member at the Pokemon Collectors LJ community! This hat was relatively easy to make. I didn't come across too many problems other than the eyes and mouth pieces being too thin~ My favorite part of this hat has to easily be the tail! It's so adorable
